The Easiest Protein Bites You’ll Ever Make

This recipe for Protein Bites is a staple in my home. My husband is a peanut butter finatic and he never gets sick of these! I make them frequently and they never last long. They are a great source of protein and absolutely delicious! Here is my recipe, which is super customizable for allergies and flavor preferences!

Recipe

  • 2 Cups Oats

  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter - can sub with your favorite nut butter or Sunflower Butter

  • ⅓ Cup Honey - can also use Maple Syrup

  • ¼ Cup Flax Seeds

  • ¼ Cup Chia Seeds

  • 1 Tbsp Cinnamon

  • ¼ Cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Other addition options

  • Cranberries or raisins

  • Dried Fruit

  • Coconut Flakes

I combine all the ingredients in a stand mixer using the flat beater attachment, putting together the dry ingredients, then adding in the wet. To roll them into balls, I highly recommend using 1.5 Tbsp cookie scoop. Enjoy!
