How long will it take to receive my order?
We process most orders within 2–4 business days, and standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships!
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States, but we hope to expand international shipping someday!
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, please reach out to us at info@albertandidaco.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make adjustments.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of original purchase date for items in new, unused condition. More details HERE.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@albertandidaco.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no! Please send a photo and your order number to info@albertandidaco.com within 5 days of receiving your package so we can make it right.
How do e-gift cards work?
E-gift cards are delivered straight to your inbox and can be used toward any Albert & Ida Co. product online. They never expire and make the sweetest gift for someone special.
Can I use more than one gift card on an order?
Yes — simply enter each code during checkout.
